For many designers, working in 3D is still a challenge because the factory building and individual machines are often not available as 3D models. Optimised 2D/3D factory layout

Your quick start consists of our factory modelling service together with our M4 PLANT factory layout software. We provide you with the 3D models you need, enabling you to focus on laying out your factory. We can provide you with 3D models of individual machines, or complete production lines, or even your entire factory. We prepare the models using your existing 2D drawings, and also by importing existing 3D machinery models from your suppliers where available. If necessary, we can also generate new machinery models where no up-to -date 3D data exists. As a result, you can quickly create your 3D factory layout and then present it to your customer in virtual reality.

Optimised 2D/3D factory layout

With a joint project you receive an intelligent 3D layout of your factory as well as software that can be used productively, dynamically and flexibly for design, visualization and cost calculation. With M4 PLANT, you can work interactively in both 2D and 3D. For example, you can choose to prepare the initial layout in 2D and then continue with detailed design in 3D. M4 PLANT’s versatile 2D/3D interfaces also support integration into existing systems for end-to-end data consistency. Tools for 3D walk-throughs and for visualization in virtual reality help you to convincingly present your designs to management or your customers.
